ご予約は、お客様のご希望の日程とメニューを「自由に設定」いたします。
日程の決まったイベントもありますので、イベントカレンダーもご確認の上お申込み下さい。

・ご予約はツアー前日の12:00まで受付いたします。
　
・ご予約の決定は、申し込み者多数の場合、先着順とさせて頂きます。

・キャンセル料金は、ガイド前日より発生いたします。
　前日12：00まで：キャンセル料金なし 　　
　前日12:00以降：50％
　当日：　　　　　　　100％

・傷害保険（下記参照）は、ツアーに付帯しておりますが、ツアー開催日のみ適応なので個人で傷害保険に入る事をお勧めします。

・「ツアー貸切」以外の場合、他グループと同一パーティーになることがあります。

・体力的、技術的に一番低いレベルの方に合わせて行動します。予めご了承下さい。

・何か有りましたら遠慮なくご相談下さい。雪山でお会いするのを楽しみにしています。

Important regulations and payment agreement

Please schedule the days you would like to be guided to your liking
but please look over the events calendar before you book.
We may not be able to guide you the days we have events booked.

-Booking your tour(s) will be available latest 1 day before till 12:00.

-It will be a first come first serve based booking.

Cancellation fees are as follows:
-Cancelled day before booked date before 12:00PM (no charge)
‐Cancelled day before booked date after 12:00PM (50% charge)
-Cancelled day of booked date, no return policy

During the tour at Powder Company we offer a basic accident insurance,
however we strongly advise that you have some personal insurance that
you apply for.

If you would like to book a private group please inform us. Unless
this option is requested you will be booked with other participants.

ガイドツアー当日の傷害保険加入をお奨めいたします。
